Thank you for taking the time to meet the MCS staff.   We appreciate the opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves, and with over 160 years of combined experience, we look forward to putting our experience to work for you!

Dean Anderson

Dean Anderson, CEO

Dean is responsible for oversight of all MCS operations in the U.S.  He has over 25 years of industry related experience and personally produces several of MCS's largest shows. 

 

Suzanne AndersonSuzanne Anderson, President & CFO

Suzanne has worked at MCS for over 20 years and has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL.   She is the current PTO President of Barbara B. Rose School in South Barrington, IL, and a member of the Barrington Junior Women's Club and the Alexian Brothers Hospital Women's Club.    

Floyd BarkerFloyd Barker, Director of Florida Operations 

Floyd is the Director of Florida Operations and has been serving our clients there since November 2011.   He has over 20 years of Audio Visual and Conference Service industry experience managing three Audio Visual departments and two Convention Setup departments prior to his joining MCS in April of 2010.                                                                              

Oscar Bedolla, Account Executive

Oscar has been managing Tradeshow & Conference setups since 2000.   He has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about all the little details that help to make your Tradeshow or Conference a success.  

 

Bob Blaho

Bob Blaho, Corporate Director of Audio Visual

Bob graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1991, and has been leading our team of AV professionals since 1995.   He takes a great deal of pride in not only meeting but exceeding our customer's expectations.   His experience, dedication, and attention to detail consistently contribute to the success of our client's events.   

Michael DeMarsMichael DeMars, Director of Audio Visual

Michael is the Director of AV at the Drury Lane Conference Centre and the Hilton Suites & Garden Inn in Oakbrook Terrace.  He has been managing these properties since February 2010 and has over 6 years of AV experience.   He prides himself on providing excellent customer service and going that extra mile, and uses his technical experience to bring your meeting "alive".   

Paul Rusiniak

Paul Rusiniak, Director of Audio Visual

Paul has been the Director of AV at The Stonegate Banquet & Conference Centre in Hoffman Estates since September 2011.    He is a graduate of SIU with a Bachelors in Mass Communication/Media Arts and a specialization in Audio Production.  He has over 7 years audio visual and convention experience and takes satisfaction in giving the best customer service experience possible.  

Susan TabordonSusan Tabordon, Customer Service Manager

Susan has been with MCS since April 2007, and has over 20 years experience in planning conferences, conventions, meetings and exhibitions throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.  She is a Certified Meeting Planner who is committed to providing unparalleled customer service and maintaining exceptional client relationships.                                    

Valerie VargasValerie Vargas, Creative Director

Valerie is a WIU graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.   She has been in the graphic design and production field for over 7 years and loves what she does for a living!   Valerie sets high standards of quality for what she designs and produces in-house, and is always open to the creative feedback of our customers.
