Hi, I’m Dean Anderson, CEO of MCS NATIONWIDE.  I come from a long line of family members who have been involved in the display and exposition business.  My grandfather owned and operated Zimmerman Displays for 50 years and my father worked for United Exposition for 35.  I was born into, and grew up around this business my whole life.  So it wasn’t much of a stretch for me to follow in the footsteps of the men I looked up to.

In 1987, as Midwest Exposition Service, we were providing complete Trade Show and Exposition Services to our ever growing base of clients.  However, it wasn’t long before our clients had additional conference service needs so we expanded.  We added an Audio Visual and Graphic Department to meet the demands of our clients, many of them just like you.

 

Before long, our Midwest clients were evolving and needing services just like ours across the country.  Being one to continually respond to our clients’ needs, and not wanting to limit our services to just the Midwest Region, we decided to evolve along with our clients and made the decision to expand once again.  This time, expansion came with a new name, the name you know, like and trust today.  MCS NATIONWIDE.

You will still find that same excellent customer service we’ve always had, but you will find an increase in the services available to you, our customer.  You still receive excellent value, a tremendous amount of pride and unrivaled support and responsiveness for all your business needs.  Over the years we’ve been faced with a variety of situations and time restraints.  To ensure you have a hassle-free experience we remain flexible and deal with any of the on-site pressures that arise.

Dean Anderson
CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Dean Anderson provides overall leadership and strategic direction for Midwest Conference Service. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Dean oversees all company operations throughout the United States and continues to personally produce several of MCS’s largest trade shows and conferences. His deep understanding of event logistics, client relationships, and operational excellence has been instrumental in shaping MCS’s reputation as a trusted partner in the trade show and event industry. Under Dean’s leadership, the company continues to grow with a focus on innovation, integrity, and exceptional service.

Suzanne Anderson
President & CFO

As President and Chief Financial Officer, Suzanne Anderson brings over 30 years of leadership, financial management, and industry expertise to Midwest Conference Service. A graduate of Elmhurst College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Sue has been an integral part of MCS’s growth and success from the beginning. She oversees all financial operations, strategic planning, and company administration, ensuring stability, transparency, and efficiency across every department. With her deep understanding of the events industry and strong leadership approach, Sue continues to guide MCS with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Oscar Bedolla
 VP of Trade Show Accounts & Operations

As Vice President of Trade Show Accounts & Operations, Oscar Bedolla brings over two decades of hands-on experience in managing trade show and conference setups. Since 2000, he has been a driving force behind MCS’s reputation for precision, reliability, and exceptional service. Oscar oversees the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of large-scale events, ensuring that every detail—from floor layouts to freight coordination—is handled efficiently. His deep industry knowledge, strong leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable partner for clients and a cornerstone of the MCS operations team.

Ulises Vazquez
Director of Audio Visual

As the Director of Audio Visual Services, Ulises Vazquez brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience and leadership to the MCS team. Since joining Midwest Conference Service in 2016, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s AV capabilities—overseeing all aspects of event production, technical design, and on-site execution. Ulises is known for his calm professionalism, technical precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that enhance every client’s event experience.

Gilberto De la Fuente
Assistant Director of Audio Visual

As the Assistant Director of Audio Visual Events, Gilberto De la Fuente plays a key role in managing and executing live event production for MCS clients. Since joining the Audio Visual team, Gilberto has become known for his technical expertise, reliability, and commitment to excellence on every project. He works closely with the Director of Audio Visual Services to oversee setup, operation, and on-site coordination—ensuring every show runs seamlessly and meets the highest standards of quality and performance

Shaun Vergara
Project Coordinator

Shaun Vergara is a Project Coordinator at Midwest Conference Service and one of the newest additions to the MCS family. In his role, Shaun supports project logistics, coordination, and on-site operations, ensuring that every event runs smoothly from planning through completion. His fresh perspective, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for the events industry make him a valuable part of the team as MCS continues to grow and innovate.

Chelsea Pearson
 Director of Exhibitor Services & Customer Success

Chelsea Pearson serves as the Director of Exhibitor Service at MCS. Since joining MCS in 2017 as Office Manager, Chelsea has grown into a key leadership role overseeing exhibitor services and customer support. Chelsea oversees all aspects of exhibitor services and customer support. With a detail-oriented and service-driven approach, she ensures every exhibitor and client receives clear communication, efficient coordination, and a seamless event experience from start to finish. Chelsea takes pride in building  helping clients feel confident and supported through every stage of the trade show process.

Office Administrator

Jordan Anderson serves as the Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinator at Midwest Conference Service. In this dual role, Jordan supports daily operations while managing marketing initiatives that showcase MCS’s services and events. Known for her organization, creativity, and positive energy, she helps keep both the front office and brand communications running smoothly. Jordan’s attention to detail and passion for connecting with clients make her an invaluable part of the MCS team.
