​MCS are a total dream to work with. Their pricing cannot be beat, and they make everything a breeze from start to finish. Chelsea is so wonderful and hands-on with any questions exhibitors may have, and on-site, Oscar and Chelsea are so great. We've used MCS for our annual Moms Meet WOW Summit for two years now, and hope to continue to use them in the future. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Dean, Paul, Bob, and the day of event team were all very professional and I really enjoyed working with them. The day of event team made my job easier! Event planners have so many details to worry about but the MCS team made my job easier the day of our event by being taking charge of the audiovisual portion. In the past, with other AV companies, I would have to sit next to the AV rep and walk them through each video/slide but MCS team reviewed all the information I sent ahead and of time and knew exactly what to display on the screens at the correct times.

Our organization has a huge and very complex conference each year and looks to Midwest Conference Service for reliably excellent audio-visual, signage, exhibit setup, and drayage/warehouse services. We have held 15 of these large, complex conferences in Chicagoland. We cannot imagine a better value in Chicagoland insofar as the excellence of deliverables, reliability, pricing, and professionalism of staff members than Midwest Conference Service.

I have been working with you guys for years and it always is seamless. I just let you know what I need and it happens. Every employee of MCS gives 100%. The suggestions you made on signage for our sponsors went over really well, not only with the vendors but our employees and guests as well. Thank you again for a really great show.

MCS always provides quality service and expertise to our meeting needs. MCS is extremely flexible with changes that occur on the spot, and considerate when it comes to watching our budget. The A/V staff are very professional, organized and honest and take a great deal of pride in doing the job right. It’s one less thing for me to worry about! MCS just gets it done!!
